We are currently in a phase of expansion, and this is where you, as a market researcher, come into play. About the Role

As a market researcher at Grit Academy, you will play a central role in the school's expansion plans. You will be part of a tight-knit team focused on business development, and together you will be responsible for creating new relationships, conducting interviews with stakeholders, mapping tomorrow's skills needs in the labor market, and establishing new collaborations.

Your primary tasks will consist of conducting interviews via phone and email, but some research work may also occur. For the right candidate, there are significant opportunities for advancement, both in terms of scope and responsibilities.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is engaged, communicative, and relationship-building. You enjoy leaving a good impression on others and have the ability to plan your work independently. We prefer candidates with previous experience in sales, market research, or interviewing, but we place the greatest emphasis on your personal qualities and communication skills.
